What is the relationship between 'organizations' and 'programs'

The use of auditreporter depends on your type of organization. Are you using auditreporter to audit your own organization, and do you have only one location? Then you can immediately go to 'Programs' and create a new program.

Are you auditing as an agency or does your organization have multiple entities? In the workspace admin, you can add the organizations under "Organizations".
