Annex 1: Subprocessors

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we engage the following subprocessors to deliver our Service. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to comply with GDPR requirements and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Data Transfer Safeguards
All personal data is stored exclusively within the European Union. For subprocessors located outside the EU (such as Laravel Cloud in the USA), appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place to ensure GDPR compliance. All subprocessors are contractually bound to process personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Changes to Subprocessors
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time. When we add a new subprocessor, we will update this Annex and notify the designated admin contact for your account at least 30 days before the new subprocessor begins processing personal data. This allows you to raise any objections or concerns before processing begins.
